Managing Partner & Portfolio ManagerDaniela has more than 12 years’ experience working with high impact entrepreneurs. She started her career at Endeavor, where she found her purpose to support companies’ scale. Her path includes working within tech startups; to obtaining a Masters in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from USC, and working in venture capital funds in portfolio management. She holds a degree of Business Administration with concentration in Economics Babson College, in Boston USA.

Investment DirectorCamila is an Industrial Engineer with an MBA from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, Camila brings over 15 years of experience across venture capital, startups, scale-ups, corporate strategy, and finance. Prior to joining NVC, she led Access to Capital at Endeavor Colombia, where she advised high-growth entrepreneurs on fundraising and connected them with investors. She also led FP&A and strategy across nine countries at Rappi and previously worked in management consulting and investment banking.
